1. Purpose

These terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between Maison Dessaigne and its customers for the sale of e-books, online courses, personalised consulting, and decoration pieces.

2. Price and payment

Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made online via Stripe (card) or by bank transfer for bespoke services. The order is confirmed upon payment confirmation.

3. Digital delivery

E-books and course access are delivered by email immediately after payment. In case of non-receipt, contact us at hello@maisondessaigne.com within 7 days.

4. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for physical goods. For digital content (e-books, courses), you expressly waive this right upon immediate provision of the content, by ticking the dedicated box at payment.

5. Intellectual property

Purchasing an e-book or course grants a personal, non-transferable right of use. Any resale, sharing, or public broadcasting is strictly prohibited.

6. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of unresolved disputes, the customer may use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
